Position: 1 x Security Officers (CCTV SIA Licence Required)
Contract: Average 54 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Week1 :Sat - Sun (Days) Mon, Tues (Night)], Week 2 [Sat - Sun (Days) Mon, Tues, and Wed (Night)] Overtime available.
Shift Times: 07:00am - 19:00pm - 19:00pm - 07:00am
Hourly Rate: 13.85 per hour (paid breaks)
Key requirement - Have lived in the UK for over 3 years to pass site Vetting.

Role Overview
As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, security, and customer service standards of our site. You will work closely with the on-site supervisor and management team to carry out all duties to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Complete all assigned duties as per instructions from supervisors and management
• Report and act on any security breaches to line managers and the 24-hour control room
• Assist with any security, safety, or criminal investigations
• Log all incidents in the reporting system accurately and promptly
• Conduct internal and external patrols of buildings and car parks
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards
• Follow all site-specific Assignment Instructions (AIs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Risk Assessments (RAs), memos, and toolbox talks
• Wear and maintain a valid SIA licence while on duty
• Operate CCTV equipment where required
• Attend training courses as directed
• Comply with all legal, health, and safety requirements of the role
• Managing the Security Control Room with the Supervisor

Requirements
Essential:

• Previous security experience
• Valid CCTV SIA Licence
• Police Vetting must be passed within 3months.

Desirable:

• Experience working in a busy reception environment
• Experience within a museum or cultural venue
