Security Officer

Location: Menstrie Bond, Menstrie

Working Hours: 42 hours per week, 4 on 4 off shift pattern

Salary: 13.10 per hour

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

Join Sodexo as a Security Officer at our client site, Diageo Menstrie Bond, and become part of a professional team delivering essential security services. With a strong focus on vigilance, flexibility and customer service, you'll help ensure the safety of people, property and assets on-site.

Main Responsibilities

Monitor and manage access and egress to the site. Carry out regular patrols and respond to any security incidents in a timely manner. Provide a visible and professional security presence. Maintain accurate records, including incident reports and daily logs. Support in emergency situations, including administering basic first aid where necessary. Ensure all duties are performed in line with BS7858 screening and site-specific policies.

Ideal Candidate

Holds a valid SIA Security Guard Licence. Holds a valid First Aid qualification. Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner. Flexible and able to adapt to changing demands. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
