Position Summary:

We're currently seeking proactive Retail Security Officers to join our dedicated team in the vibrant Crewe area. Your main responsibility will be to prevent shoplifting incidents, contributing to a safer and more secure environment. Join us in making a significant impact on Middlesbrough's security landscape.

Responsibilities:

Prioritize colleague safety with a heightened sense of assurance. Exhibit an overt, proactive, and engaging presence to act as a strong deterrent. Offer comprehensive incident support and welfare for both staff and the public. Demonstrate exceptional competence in conflict management, consistently taking control of incidents. Cultivate robust working relationships with all colleagues. Proactively engage with the public to foster positive interactions and community involvement. Uphold impeccable standards in personal appearance and maintain a clean uniform. Actively promote service partnerships in a positive manner. Consistently deliver exceptional personal service.

Requirements:

Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence. 5-year work & address history. Strong customer service skills. Proficient in English. Calm under pressure. Effective collaboration with law enforcement.

Hours / Pay:

Rate of Pay: 12.21 per hour Availability to work flexible shifts from Monday to Sunday is required.
