About the Role

Security Officers

who take pride in their work, arrive early, and show genuine initiative. This role involves working on demanding sites where vigilance, stamina and strong situational awareness are essential.

Some assignments will require

long periods of standing

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a high level of vigilance and situational awareness at all times Arrive on site early and prepared for duty Provide a professional and well-presented image of the company Control access to sites and manage visitor/contractor processes Conduct regular patrols and report security or safety risks Follow assignment instructions and escalate issues when necessary Manage incidents calmly, confidently and in line with company procedures Deliver excellent customer service to staff, visitors and clients

What We're Looking For

SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard Licence (mandatory)

Strong initiative - able to make decisions confidently Excellent timekeeping and reliability Smart personal presentation and strong communication skills Comfortable standing or being on feet for long periods Able to follow instructions but also act independently Willing to work a zero-hour contract initially Flexible with shifts, including nights and weekends when required
