Allied Universal are now recruiting for an exciting and challenging Night Security Receptionist to join our team.

\xc2\xa310.85 Per Hour

Your Time at Work
Your main duties will include:

• Visitor and Access badge management in the reception area.
• Meet and greet staff and visitors and be the first point of contact for any incidents or issues.
• Regular Health and Safety patrols across the demise and report and escalate anything you discover.
• To always provide a Professional Security Provision
• Provide excellent customer service and to meet and greet staff and visitors into reception
• Review and manage all visitors and guests who attend site and ensure their experience is always a pleasure.
• Various Admin tasks at the direction of the site supervisor

• Proven experience in a customer service role within a Security environment.
• Good understanding of all Security / H&S procedures
• Skills and abilities
• To be able to use security equipment to a good standard
• Use of technology/computer literate in MS Office
• To be able to undertake investigations and produce concise reports
• Personal qualities
• Highest levels of integrity and professionalism required at all times
• Smart appearance
• Courteous and customer focused

You will need a SIA Front Line / Door Supervisor Licence
