Job Summary:

We are currently seeking

professional, vigilant, and customer-focused Security Response Officers

to join our team, providing high-level security services across our bank branches and facilities. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of staff, customers, and assets while maintaining a visible and reassuring presence.

You must be capable of handling incidents calmly, engaging with the public confidently, and maintaining strong situational awareness at all times.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct regular patrols of banking halls, ATM areas, staff entrances, and surrounding premises to deter unauthorized or suspicious activities. Respond quickly and effectively to security breaches, alarms, or emergencies in line with internal security protocols. Interact professionally with customers, providing assistance, reassurance, and maintaining a secure environment. Monitor CCTV and alarm systems where required, and escalate suspicious behavior appropriately. Maintain access control and visitor management procedures, ensuring only authorized individuals are allowed entry. Assist in conflict resolution and manage difficult situations with discretion and professionalism. Liaise with police, emergency services, and internal security teams when necessary. Accurately complete incident reports and logs for record-keeping and investigation purposes.

Requirements:

Valid SIA License

(Door Supervisor or Security Guarding) Excellent communication, observation, and interpersonal skills Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism Ability to remain calm, alert, and composed under pressure Previous experience in financial, corporate, or public-facing security roles is desirable Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
