Job Title: Security Officer

Location: Kingfisher Shopping Centre, Redditch

Pay Rate: 12.71

Hours: 45 per week, 5 days over 7

Your duties will include:

Operate as part of the team, providing our customers with the required professional standards. Provide a safe environment for the general public and staff. Report any Health & Safety hazards. Be aware of risk and compliance during day to day operation. Maintain positive relations with retailers and assist where appropriate. Work with other teams for the benefit of the site, developing new skills where appropriate. Booking on/off duty using an electronic payroll system Maintain records in line with your duty including utilising the electronic patrol system, all check sheets, incident reports, accident reports. Deliver on the Centre's standards and expectations. Any other duties as directed by the Site Manager and Regional Business Manager and on-site partner management team. Participation in site emergency procedures.
You must;

Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills Maintain communication at all times with your colleagues using site specific communication methods. Maintain and develop working relationships, with Westgrove partners, managers, colleagues, business manager, head office support Be responsible for H&S within your area of activity Be responsible for embedding a risk aware culture at site level Have a valid Security licence and First aid certificate
