Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team at Monarch Security Services. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets, utilising your skills in surveillance and loss prevention. This position is vital to maintaining our reputation for providing top-tier security services.

Responsibilities

Monitor and secure premises to prevent unauthorized access and ensure safety. Conduct regular patrols and inspections of assigned areas. Utilise CCTV systems effectively to monitor activities and respond to incidents. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage. Provide first aid assistance when necessary and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role is preferred. Strong understanding of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies. First aid certification is highly desirable. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively in emergency situations.
