We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a professional SIA-licensed Security Guard to join the night shift security team at a prestigious private residential estate in Virginia Water.

The Role
You will provide overnight security across a 24-acre luxury residential estate, ensuring the safety of residents, visitors and property. Duties include:
Regular estate patrols
Monitoring CCTV systems
Controlling access and visitor entry
Responding to alarms and emergencies
Completing detailed shift reports
Acting as the out-of-hours point of contact for residents
This is an active role requiring vigilance, professionalism and strong communication skills.
Requirements
Valid SIA Security Guard Licence (essential)
Minimum 2 years' security experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confident using CCTV systems
Calm, professional manner
Strong attention to detail and report writing skills
Reliable with excellent timekeeping
Residential estate experience is desirable but not essential.
