Location: Warrington

Shift times: 1900 - 0700 or 0700 - 1900

Rate/Salary: 12.55 per hour

We have a new opportunity to join our team working as a security officer for a local education client based in Warrington.

You will be working within a large team of officers, 3 working days and 3 working nights.

We are able to offer day shifts or night shifts on a full time basis depending on your preference and availability.

The site is currently going through renovation and is expected to be completed in the next 3-6 months.

With this being the case, a 0 hours contract will be issued and alternative work will be offered once the site requirements finish.

Your daily work will help protect our client's site, property and people including contractors attending site.

You will be the ambassadors for our client; one of the first people that visitors see on arrival, setting the tone and ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Some of the duties will include:

Controlling access onto to site

Liaising with contractors on site

Patrol of the building

Maintaining that all incidents are logged and reported

Ensuring Health and Safety polices are adhered to

Security officer requirements:

Valid Frontline SIA Licence

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

5 year+ checkable work history in line with BS 7858

Smart and presentable portraying a professional image

Ability to write clear and concise reports

Excellent time management skills

A dynamic decision maker
