As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and protection of our premises, staff, and visitors. Your primary responsibilities include patrolling assigned areas, monitoring surveillance equipment, and controlling access at entry points. You will respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, and provide a visible deterrent against theft, vandalism, and other unlawful activities. Part of your daily duties involves conducting routine inspections, reporting any suspicious behavior or safety hazards, and maintaining accurate records of occurrences on site.
We are seeking candidates with excellent observational skills, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility. The ideal applicant will have prior experience in a security or law enforcement role, although full training will be provided for the right individual. A valid security guard license and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential. You must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and possess effective communication skills to interact with the public and emergency responders.
