We're looking for two reliable and professional

Security Officers

to join our team in

Wellingborough

. You'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our client's site, following all site rules, adhering to health and safety procedures, and maintaining professional standards at all times.

About the Site

The location is a 230,000 sq. ft facility offering industrial, workshop, and warehouse space. It has excellent welfare facilities and a fully equipped gatehouse.

Shifts Available

Position 1

Saturday & Sunday: 06:00 - 18:00 Monday & Tuesday Nights: 18:00 - 06:00 Alternate Wednesday Nights: 18:00 - 06:00 Plus overtime/holiday cover

Position 2

Thursday to Sunday Nights: 18:00 - 06:00 Alternate Wednesday Nights: 18:00 - 06:00 Plus overtime/holiday cover

Key Responsibilities

Carry out regular patrols and check all access points Monitor and control site access for vehicles and visitors Complete daily logs and incident reports as required Maintain a visible, professional presence on site Identify and report any security or safety concerns Work effectively with the control room team and site staff

What You'll Need (All Are Essential)

Valid

SIA Licence

(Security Guarding, Door Supervision or Close Protection) A full 5-year checkable work/education history Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to remain alert and professional during long shifts Reliable, punctual, and flexible with a good attitude to teamwork
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.75 per hour

Expected hours: 42 - 60 per week
