Job Description

We are looking for SIA, Door Supervisor licensed Security Operatives to join our expanding team with an immediate start, covering various shifts.

Expectations

IT IS CRUCIAL TO RESIDE NEAR WESTBURY/TROWBRIDGE, WILTSHIRE, possess a valid driver's license, and have access to a vehicle.

Military experience would be advantageous, but not essential.

Candidates must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and provide outstanding customer service.

A commitment to ongoing self-improvement through additional training is required.

You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of clients, their assets and premises.

All tasks and duties outlined in the Assignment Instructions must be completed thoroughly and satisfactorily.

Adhere to legal requirements and safety standards associated with the role.

Approach work in a systematic, methodical, and organised way.

Exhibit common sense and initiative, involving others in potentially dangerous situations.

Maintain professionalism when managing challenging customers and circumstances.

Accurately document incidents in detail in a notebook for the Incident Report process.

Follow schedules, show commitment to Prosec Consultancy Limited and the client, and be ready to travel to various sites as needed.

Holding a valid SIA license is essential.

This position may provide significant access to children or vulnerable adults. Under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, if you are applying for work in these areas, you must disclose any convictions, criminal charges, or pending summonses, regardless of whether your conviction is considered "spent." A DBS check may be conducted at the discretion of the director.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 48 per week
