The Security and Protective Division at Bradburys Group is currently recruiting experienced

Day and night shift Security Officers

(Relief) for positions across Corby and Kettering.

Responsibilities:

Following an induction, on-boarding and training schedule, you will be required to:

Provide a safe, secure and welcoming environment for all Demonstrate high customer-facing skills whilst remaining approachable and polite at all times Maintain daily security events/activity logs Enhance the client's brand identity and reputation Demonstrate a sound knowledge of health and safety within the specific work environment Liaise professionally with the police, client, management, visitors and contractors Lock/unlock buildings Identify and report any health and safety hazards Manage enquiries Submit reports and updates to operations management Respond to alarm activations

Essential requirements:

Minimum of five years experience within the security industry Valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) licence in Front-line Security Guarding, Door Supervision or Close Protection Five-year checkable work history Proof of Right to work in the UK Excellent command of English communication skills (written, oral, email) Immaculate appearance and high standards of personal hygiene Ability to work alone and as part of a team Ability to adapt at all times Vigilant and alert at all times Excellent attention to detail and a natural investigative mindset Confidence in your ability to manage difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner Excellent time-keeping/time management

Desirable but not essential:

SIA licence Public Space Surveillance (CCTV) Fire Marshal Qualification Full UK Driving licence Emergency First Aid at Work or Emergency First Aid

Uniform provided.

Core hours:

6-hour shifts 8-hour shifts 12-hour shifts
Pay: 12.30 per hour
