As a SOC Analyst, you'll play a vital role in keeping our business safe by managing incident reports from triage through to resolution, ensuring swift and effective responses that protect our colleagues, customers, and assets.
Reporting to the SOC Manager, you'll be at the heart of our incident response efforts--working with law enforcement, analysing crime data, and helping shape our strategy to stay ahead of evolving threats.
What you'll be doing
As a SOC Analyst at Dunelm, you'll be part of a team that protects what matters most--our people, our customers, and our business. You'll monitor, assess, and respond to security incidents in real time, working collaboratively across teams and with external partners to ensure swift and effective action.

  • Monitor alerts across multiple platforms, identifying and responding to potential threats
  • Manage the full incident lifecycle--from triage to resolution--with accuracy and care
  • Work independently to a high standard, managing your workload effectively
  • Triage, categorise, and respond to security incidents in line with established protocols
  • Provide real-time assessment of internal and external threats, ensuring timely and informed responses
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across Security, Fraud, Stores, Operations, Property, and Commercial teams
  • Partner with third-party suppliers and law enforcement across the UK's 45 police forces
  • Support the creation of investigation packs to aid police collaboration and secure convictions
  • Apply problem-solving skills to tackle current and emerging security challenges head-on
