The ideal candidate will need proven experience the security industry, with a deep understanding of event security.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for team members with the Events.
Provide day-to-day administrative support for security operations across London stadiums and event sites.
Plan, manage, and update rotas to ensure staffing levels meet event and site requirements.
Being a company representative at some sites we offer our services to.
Process and maintain timesheets, overtime, and payroll records accurately and on time.
Support compliance with SIA licensing, company standards, and client requirements, including staff vetting and training records.
Help create and maintain verified employee profiles for the different sites we cover.
Assist in streamlining administration processes to improve efficiency across the organisation.
Act as the first point of contact for staff queries, shift changes, and client communications.
Maintain and update accurate records, reports, and operational documentation.
Work closely with the Operations Team to support the deployment of staff at high-profile venues and major events.
Qualifications
& Requirements:
Previous administration experience (ideally in security, stadia, events, facilities, or staffing).
Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with rota or workforce management systems is an advantage.
Knowledge of SIA licensing and compliance standards (preferred, but training can be provided).
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced events environment.
A team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
SIA licence (not essential for office-based work, but desirable as it shows sector understanding).
