Job objectives and responsibilities
To develop and lead client relationship, by ensuring the highest standards of operational service are delivered in line
with the contractual commitments across a portfolio within London.
Manage a team of Core Security Officers and Relief Officers to ensure they are supporting the staffing needs of our
clients, portraying the highest level of presentabilty, timekeeping and performance.
Main duties
Liaising with clients to ensure that we are delivering their operational needs and ensuring we are meeting with
the contractual obligations in line with the AI's, SOP's and KPI's.
Ensuring all contractual and additional work are fully staffed with the correct trained personnel.
Prepare and present the KPI's and performance to client on a monthly basis.
Development and maintenance security officers relationships, conducting quarterly performance reviews and
responding to any queries in a proactive and timely manner.
Be visible to both clients and security teams on a regular basis including out of hour visits.
Ensure that we are operating to the Industry and Business standards and processes, including but not exhaustive
to BS7499, BS7858 and all company wide policies and procedures
Manage all HR issues in line with the company procedures utilising the expertise of the ER team, to ensure any
cases are closed down in a timely manner.
Act as the direct point of contact for the client in the absence of any site based Site Leads or Supervisors.
Liaison with external authorities as required.
Support the wider operational team where required including participating in the Duty Manager rota.
Person Specification
Previous experience of running a multisited security portfolio
Ability to demonstrate good communication skills, both verbally and electronically
Ability to manage, develop, support and coach the security teams
Excellent PC skills
Highly motivated and determined
Approachable and engaging at all levels
Will be required to be cleared to CTC or SC levels of vetting
Health and Safety responsibilities
Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times;
Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service
delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment;
Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received;
Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system;

Ensure compliance with Mitie's and Clients information security procedures in all activities;
Proactively identify and report security risks to your manager;
Report actual and suspected security incidents;
