Reporting to the Head of Operations, the role holder will lead Security Operations teams and support and guide them through the on-going operation and development of our services and our people. They will ensure that exceptional service levels, client satisfaction, continuous improvement and innovation are provided to our customers.

GCSE/ O'- Level Maths & English
3rd level qualification in a business discipline or equivalent.
Knowledge and Experience
Demonstrable track record (
at least 5 years
) in a Senior Management role within the Security Services industry;
Exceptional knowledge of Security Operations, Procedures, Legislation and Technology also have experience of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, client/customer service and colleague engagement;
Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity;
Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands;
Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines;
A successful track record of operating at a strategic level, building strong client relationships and value-based management;
Ability to remove barriers and drive innovation;
Ability to use a creative approach to influence at all levels, leading the team to meet demanding targets and deadlines within a modern, fast-paced environment and creating a "can do" culture;
Experience in leading and driving business growth.
