Main duties
Adherence to Agreed Procedures, BCP and ERP
Act as the direct point of contact for the client in the absence of the Security Manager or Deputy Security Manager
Control of site operational team
Ensuring all contractual and additional work are fully staffed with the correct trained personell.
Supporting the Regional Management Team.
Ensuring compliance to Mitie health and safety policy
Liaison with external authorities
Person Specification
Previous management experience in region of contract value of 3M minimum
Ability to demonstrate good communication skills, both verbally and electronically
Ability to manage, develop, support and coach
Excellent PC skills
Highly motivated and determined
Approachable and engaging at all levels
Change management experience at a senior level
Health and Safety responsibilities
Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times;
Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment;
Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received;
Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system;
Information Security
Ensure compliance with Mitie's and Clients information security procedures in all activities;
Proactively identify and report security risks to your manager;
