Job Summary

We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our premises, employees, and visitors. This position requires keen observation skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to loss prevention strategies.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure safety and security. Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify potential security risks. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing first aid when necessary. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as required. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Implement loss prevention measures to protect company assets. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with employees and visitors.

Qualifications

Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies. Certification in first aid is advantageous. Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends if required. Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
