Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant night time Patrol Officer to join our security team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security across designated areas. This position requires a proactive approach to surveillance, loss prevention, and emergency response, ensuring a secure environment for all individuals on the premises.

Duties

Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to monitor for suspicious activity and ensure safety. Utilise CCTV systems to observe and report any unusual behaviour or incidents. Implement loss prevention strategies to deter theft and vandalism. Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, providing first aid when necessary. Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and any actions taken during patrols. Collaborate with local law enforcement when required to address security concerns. Maintain clear communication with team members and management regarding any potential risks or issues. Key Holding responsibilities.

Requirements

SIA licence essential. Proven experience in surveillance and loss prevention is highly desirable. Familiarity with CCTV systems and their operation. Certification in first aid is an advantage. Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid driving licence is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
