Your next role



As our Security Project Manager, you'll lead the delivery of cutting-edge security system projects - from CCTV, Access control and intruder detection systems and integrated security solutions. You'll be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring each installation meets the highest standards of compliance, safety, and client satisfaction.

What you will be doing




Lead Full Project Lifecycle: Manage security system projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure - ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specification.

Develop and Maintain Project Plans: Create detailed schedules, milestones, and risk registers. Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to keep projects on track. Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the project. Team and Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments (design, engineering, service) and external partners (subcontractors, suppliers) to ensure seamless project delivery. Ensure Compliance: Oversee adherence to industry standards (e.g. NCP 104,109 and PD6662), CDM regulations, and Sensecos internal policies. Conduct site audits and promote safe working practices. Quality Assurance and Documentation: Maintain accurate records including RAMS, commissioning sheets, and O&M manuals. Ensure systems are tested and commissioned to meet performance standards. Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage applications for payment. Support final account negotiations and ensure commercial risks are identified and mitigated. Support Business Development: Assist in pricing and proposal development for new opportunities, contributing technical insight and project delivery expertise.

Who we are looking for




You're a confident and experienced project manager with a strong technical background in security systems. You thrive under pressure, communicate clearly, and know how to keep projects on track and clients happy.


Skills & Experience:

3-5 years experience managing security system projects (CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, etc.) Strong understanding of Health & Safety, CDM regulations, and site compliance Excellent leadership and communication skills Financial and commercial acumen Technical knowledge of integrated fire and security systems Proficiency in project management tools Enterprise Security systems: Gallagher, Genetec, Lenel, Ccure, Axis, Bosch are some of the systems we install.

Qualifications & Competencies:

ECS Black card (or equivalent) Relevant security systems certifications (e.g. FIA, Tavcom, NSI, SSAIB)
