Our client is currently recruiting for a Security Response Centre Supervisor to join their growing team.
Job description:


You'll be the key on-shift leader in their Camberley-based Response Centre, overseeing Duty Officers, managing incoming threats, acting as the Bronze Commander during incidents, and ensuring seamless communication with mobile teams, static guards, estate patrols, clients and emergency services.


Whether it's a complex alarm response, a live incident, or a sudden change in staffing, you'll be the calm, competent voice in control.

Key responsibilities

Team Leadership & Oversight


Be the go-to escalation point for all shift-related issues Supervise the performance and welfare of Duty Officers Lead incident response and command real-time operations Support staff development and enforce high standards
Operational Excellence


Monitor and manage CCTV, alerts, calls, emails and radio comms Oversee mobile patrol deployment, static site cover, and rostering Prepare detailed Daily Handover Reports and ensure shift continuity Uphold compliance with SOPs, service standards and client instructions
Client Interaction & Service


Lead professional, confident communications during client incidents Support complaint resolution and represent Knight with integrity Ensure service delivery reflects our values: Trust. Transparency. Excellence.

About the ideal candidate

SIA Front-Line Licence - required Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role Previous work in a Response Centre, ARC or Control Room environment - 1 year Strong understanding of mobile patrols, keyholding & guarding services Confident with various software systems. Organised, calm under pressure, and a natural leader High attention to detail, excellent communicator, and team-focused

Full-time Shift Pattern - 3 Days, 3 Nights, 3 Off - 12hr shifts Work location - in person
