Mitie are seeking an experienced and highly professional Site Security Manager to lead and oversee all security operations at a high-profile client site within the financial sector. This is a client-integrated role, requiring daily interaction with key stakeholders, ensuring the safety, security, and continuity of operations across the site.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class security service, maintaining compliance, and fostering a strong security culture aligned with the client's expectations and values. Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and develop the on-site security team to deliver a proactive and effective security service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for all security matters.
Ensure compliance with client policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
Conduct regular risk assessments, site audits, and incident investigations.
Coordinate incident response and crisis management procedures when required.
Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and security records.
Deliver continuous improvement across all security functions in line with evolving site and business needs. What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a corporate or financial services environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience in managing client relationships at a senior level.
Knowledge of physical security systems, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
SIA licence (Front Line or Non-Front Line) is essential.
Relevant security or risk management qualifications are desirable. What We Offer
