The Opportunity
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager you will be vital to the successful delivery of day to day running of security operation on-site. Your primary role will be to build a successful relationship with the client to ensure that an outstanding level of service is delivered to the highest standard.
Your duties include (but are not limited to):

• Review and update Assignment Instructions, key holding audits, toolbox talks, risk assessments, maintenance of security equipment, CCTV control manuals.
• Lead communication across the team and key stakeholders.
• Coaching and mentoring off all staff to achieve the highest levels of service, safety and presentation.
• Support with recruitment and lead on interviewing and onboarding of staff.
• Ensuring clear and precise process agreed for emergency situations and making sure regular scenario training is carried out.
• Develop a site-specific training matrix listing all required compliance and desired training for all staff.

Full in-house training will be provided.
Essential Skills and Experience

• Valid SIA Licence
• Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
• Punctual and reliable
• Passionate about creating an expectational customer experience
• Knowledge of the MS packages (excel, word, outlook)
• Highly intuitive with a curious mindset
• Highly presentable in line with our corporate brand
• Resilient and pro-active in your work
