About the role
Title - Security supervisor
Pay Rate - 14.00
Location - Braintree Village
Shift Timings - Full time, Must be fully flexible and able to work weekends
This contract will end at the start of January!
You will be working in a well-known shopping outlet, you will be responsible for the security and safety of the Security officers, Personnel and assets.
Your main responsibilities may include:
Manage security officers and ensuring they follow company policies and procedures Act as a first responder for security breaches, accidents, or emergencies Investigate incidents, document findings, and prepare comprehensive reports with recommendations for improvement. Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary. Monitor and manage the security equipment Conduct regular security patrols and ensure there are no potential hazards
To
succeed
this role you must have the following
SIA LicenseAt least 1 year of supervisor experience
Outstanding written and spoken communication
5 year checkable work history
