The Role
We are looking for experienced and proactive
Security Supervisors
to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering safe, well-managed events, supervising teams of stewards and SIA-licensed staff, and ensuring our operations run smoothly from start to finish.
This is a hands-on leadership position that requires strong communication skills, the ability to make quick decisions under pressure, and a commitment to providing excellent service for clients, venues, and the public.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate teams of stewards and security staff during live events.
Act as the on-site point of contact for clients, venue management, and Rock Steady Operations Team.
Support the implementation of event security plans, including ingress, egress, and emergency procedures.
Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry standards.
Lead briefings, allocate roles, and monitor staff performance throughout the event.
Complete post-event reports and feedback to management.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Holds a Level 3 qualification in Spectator Safety (or willing to work toward).
Has at least 3 years' experience in event security or crowd management.
Holds a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence (minimum).
Has proven leadership or supervisory experience within the events or security industry.
Can remain calm and professional under pressure.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Can work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and long shifts when required.
