Corporate Security Supervisor - Leeds

Mitie is looking for a confident Security Supervisor to join our team in Leeds. This is more than a shift-based role-it's an opportunity to lead, protect, and grow within a respected security organisation.

The Role
You'll work 12-hour shifts on a 4 on / 4 off rota, rotating between days and nights. There are opportunities to work additional shifts when available.
Pay rate: 13.57 - 14.61 per hour.

About the Role
As a Security Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day security operations, support and guide your team, and ensure high standards are maintained across the site. You'll be responsible for protecting client assets while acting as a professional point of contact for both Mitie management and the client.
You'll lead by example, remaining calm under pressure and ensuring a safe, secure environment at all times.

Key Responsibilities
You will:

• Ensure Assignment Instructions are followed at all times.
• Maintain compliance with legal, company, and client requirements.
• Supervise staff and support daily site operations.
• Identify and report hazards and security risks.
• Respond professionally to incidents and emergencies.
• Complete accurate reports and documentation
• Communicate effectively with clients, control rooms, and management.

What We're Looking For
Essential

• Valid SIA Front Line Licence
• Good written and spoken English.
• Basic IT skills
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
• Previous security experience (supervisory experience preferred)
• Minimum 5 years UK residency

Desirable

• SC Clearance
