A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a site Security Supervisor based at one of our prestige's clients in Ballycollin, Dublin 15.

Position:

Full Time

We require Officers to be PSA licenced.

The Site Supervisor role is required to provide an efficient, effective and professional security service.

Key Duties

Act as an ambassador for the company Follow on site security requirements including access control and CCTV Report any security events in the onsite log and follow escalation procedures Access control Visitors first point of contact Deal with emergency situations, supporting emergency services as required Complete all reports in a clear format and with the SLA's Liaise with Bidvest Noonan and client management teams regarding any security issues or problems Customer Care Experience Oversee and supervisor the operations of the security team. Ensure all security protocols are followed Support with training security team

Required Skills/Abilities:

Extensive knowledge of security protocol and procedures Excellent management and supervisory skills Ability to provide training on security policies and procedures Ability to work with confidential and classified information Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software 5-year verifiable history Valid Visa to work in Ireland on a full-time basis Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language Customer/Client focused Must be able to work in a fat pace environment, be able make decisive decisions during incidents and difficult situations Basic computer literacy required Excellent attention to detail with the ability to respond to issues in an effective, efficient and calm manner
