Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services for an experienced Security Supervisor to join our established security team at Trafford Palazzo.



The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day security operations, ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for staff, customers, visitors, and tenants. You will work closely with site management and the client to ensure the highest standards of service delivery are consistently met.



A valid SIA Door Supervisor licence is essential for this role, and a CCTV licence is highly desirable.

Duties include:

Protect the client's property, people, and assets in accordance with site Assignment Instructions (AIs) and procedures Prevent loss and damage by identifying and reporting irregularities and enforcing site policies Lead and coordinate emergency procedures, evacuations, and incident responses when required Follow all escalation procedures with Anchor Group Services and Centre Management Support Control Room and CCTV operations, ensuring GDPR compliance and accurate documentation Oversee daily security operations, including effective control of keys and equipment Ensure all health & safety inspections and patrols are completed in line with site compliance requirements Report all incidents, accidents, damage, defects, and near misses promptly via verbal communication followed by detailed written reports Maintain a safe, helpful, and secure environment at all times Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, escalating to senior management when required
