We are seeking an experienced and reliable
Security Supervisor - Mobile Patrol
to oversee mobile patrol operations and manage on-shift security staff. The role requires a hands on supervisor who can carry out patrols, coordinate staff schedules, and ensure high standards of security and professionalism across all assigned sites.Requirements
Valid
SIA licence
(essential)Full UK driving licence
(essential) Previous experience in asecurity supervisory role
Mobile patrol experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage staff and resolve issues effectively Flexible availability to work days, nights, and weekendsKey Responsibilities
Carry out mobile patrols across designated locations Supervise security officers and provide operational support Create and manage staff rotas and shift schedules Ensure all patrols and duties are completed to company standards Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies Complete accurate reports and maintain records Ensure compliance with company policies and SIA standards Maintain a professional presence at all times
