We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Security Supervisor at one of our clients based in Wick, Scotland You will be working as part of a brilliant security team at one of the world's largest integrated oil and gas companies who are committed to their values of safety, respect, excellence, courage and one team.



As a Security Supervisor at this site, you will be responsible for maintaining the security requirements of the client whilst maintaining a positive corporate image and high standards of professionalism through adherence to directions from the Clients' and Wilson James' Management Teams

About the Role:

As a Security Supervisoryou will be responsible for:


Managing the Security personnel, taking responsibility for the professional conduct, performance tracking & development of the team Ensuring procedural and Health & Safety paperwork is up to date and accurate Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures for the client & Wilson James Acting as a key contact for all daily operational security matters across the contract Coordination and training of on-site emergency response Coaching / Training team members Carrying out monthly welfare reviews and scenario testing Ensuring the highest of standards are met and taking necessary action if not All aspects of investigation, disciplinary and absence review processes Ensuring that all staff work in safe conditions, acting upon all reports of accidents, faults & safety observations

What we are looking for:

Deliver excellent customer service Basic IT Skills Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure Have an ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary Demonstrate reliability including the ability to deliver high standards of both punctuality and attendance in order to ensure team effectiveness and availability Able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team.
