About The Role

Shift work: Days, Nights, Weekends, 07:00 am - 19:00 pm/ 19:00 pm - 07:00 am.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Security Support Officer who will work at our client's premises.



You must be able to demonstrate and deliver high-quality guarding and excellent customer service to both our clients and service users.



We require Officers to be SIA Licenced - Door Supervision Licence.

Duties as a Security Support Officer:-

Ensure the safety and security of people, premises, and property. Conduct internal and external patrols of all centre areas, including the car parks. Cover lock/unlock duties. Maintain an accurate record of any incidents that occur. Comply with all data protection regulations concerning information accessed during duty. Keep precise records of incidents, patrols, and specific checks.- Attend to evacuations, security alerts, and public disorder in line with training received. Liaise with local police and fire services where necessary to enhance the security image of the centre. Complete daily/monthly security checks on lifts, access points, fire equipment, etc. Assist with issues related to car park equipment.

Job role requirements as a Security Support Officer:

Fully comprehensive 5-year work and education history. Door Supervision Licence is essential; CCTV licence is desirable. Clear communication and administrative skills. Excellent customer service skills A flexible approach to shift patterns, operational procedures, and staffing requirements.
