Applications are invited for a full-time Manager for the South East Doctoral Training Arc (SEDarc) at Royal Holloway, University of London.

This is a new position funded by an ESRC Doctoral Training Partnership (DTP) grant awarded to Royal Holloway, University of London in collaboration with Reading, Surrey, Sussex, Kingston, and Kent Universities. SEDarc presents an exciting new vision for collaborative, challenge-led, and interdisciplinary doctoral training in the social sciences in which students and supervisors work closely with external stakeholders to develop their research and wider skills.

The SEDarc Manager has responsibility for the implementation, operational and financial delivery and administrative management of the DTP. They will drive the DTP\xe2\x80\x99s vision, have ownership of the DTP strategy and service standards and work closely with colleagues across RHUL and its partner institutions to provide a seamless level of support for research students, academic staff supporting them and external stakeholders.

Candidates should have management and leadership experience and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should also have knowledge of the Higher Education sector and be committed to contributing to the continual development and provision of a high-quality service to students and staff.
