We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our very small but dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience, but most importantly helps to sell our products. This role requires a keen understanding of public relations and social media management, along with the ability to analyse performance metrics to optimise our online presence. Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and sales.
Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
Create from scratch Facebook page, Instagram page, X or BlueSky, TikTok and possibly YouTube channel.
Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers across all social media channels in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
Analyse social media metrics to assess performance and adjust strategies accordingly for optimal results.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
Manage public relations efforts related to social media campaigns, ensuring a positive brand image.
Requirements
Proven or new-starter experience in social media management or public relations is essential.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok and BlueSky.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Great attention to detail, artistic and excellent communication.
Hardworking, reliable and punctual.
Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track performance metrics.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design aesthetics.
