Job Description

Seeking an experienced senior inventory clerk for a part time to full time position.

conducted at least 100+ inspections

Your duties include:

Visiting residential properties to inspect and prepare detailed reports of the condition and contents using our inventorybase Taking photographs of the property, utility meters and possessions Collecting and returning keys to/from landlord/agents/tenants Arranging bookings from clients Invoicing clients Overseeing and leading a small team of inventory clerks to ensure the high standards expected by our clients
Requirements:

You must have at least 2 years of experience as a property inventory clerk

ESSENTIAL-

Must have created at least 100+ reports for lettings agents

ESSENTIAL*

You must be able to provide sample reports (CI, CO & Midterms) as part of the interview process

You will be travelling across London, Essex and surrounding areas by public transport and/or your own vehicle (we pay for travel costs) You are required to work within flexible hours and attend appointments at short notice Be highly proficient with smartphones and apps (particularly with camera apps) You must be super reliable and punctual Have an eye for detail Able to arrange your own diary and work to strict deadlines Excellent command of English (written and verbal). Ability to work in an systematic order You will be required to work Monday to Saturday Having access to your own car would be useful excel at interacting with lettings agents by email, phone and face-to-face

Pay: 22,000.00-31,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
