The Role: Seletti Store Manager London - Selfridges Location: London Selfridges Oxford Street Contract type: Permanent Hours of work: Full-time, 40 hours (5 days)

Seletti is looking for a Store Manager for the store in Selfridges, London Oxford Street.

About the role:

We are looking for experienced candidates to lead our concession team in Selfridges , London.

All applicants must be fully flexible and able to work within Selfridges opening hours on rota basis (Mon-Sun, early or late shift).

The primary purpose of the role is to deliver an extraordinary shopping experience at Selfridges for customers from all over the world. You will provide the highest levels of customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, building quality customer relationships, driving sales, and hitting sales targets.

The main duties will include:

Responsible for leading, developing and supporting the team members Delivering the sales, customer service standards Engaging and being proactive with customers Replenishing the shop floor stock Checking the display on a matter if there is something missing, and all the stock is displayed Cleaning and dusting the shelves Capturing CRM On a delivery day, processing the stock Cashing up when needed Ensures the smooth running of the shop. In addition, other duties may be required from time to time as necessary.
