We're looking for a friendly, reliable therapist to join our growing clinic in

Lichfield

. This part-time, self-employed role is ideal for someone who wants to continue offering

waxing

while building their skills and client base in

laser hair removal

full training, support, and equipment provided.

What You'll Be Doing

Delivering waxing treatments to your own clients (60% commission) Learning and performing laser hair removal under supervision (20% commission to start) Encouraging your waxing clients to try laser (earn 25 per conversion) Working in a beautiful, professional setting with marketing support and loyal clients already in place

What We're Looking For

NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy (minimum) Confident in body waxing (intimate waxing a bonus) Polished, professional and people-focused Motivated to learn and grow in aesthetics Available Fridays and 2 Saturdays per month Willing to provide your own waxing consumables

Commission-Based Earnings

Waxing:

60% to you (you bring your own clients, no rent to pay)

Laser:

20% to you while training (clinic provides equipment, clients & consumables)

Bonus:

25 every time a waxing client switches to laser

Growth Path:

Once you're independently confident and qualified, laser split increases to

30% therapist / 70% clinic

Note:

You'll be working under the supervision of our clinic director during your laser training period and supported to achieve your

Level 4 Laser qualification
