As a Self-Employed Protection and Mortgage Adviser, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while offering expert advice and tailored solutions to clients. This role requires a proactive, driven, and self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality advice on protection and mortgage products, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, and managing various aspects of your business.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication. Provide services tailored to client needs, ensuring high standards of quality. Manage your own schedule and workload to meet client demands. Utilise upselling techniques to enhance service offerings and increase client satisfaction. Conduct data entry tasks accurately to maintain records of client interactions and transactions. Analyse client feedback and service outcomes to improve offerings continuously. Communicate effectively in English, with the ability to converse in Spanish or other languages being advantageous.

Requirements

Proven experience in a self-employed or freelance capacity is preferred. Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills are essential. Bilingual capabilities (English and Spanish) are highly desirable. Ability to analyse information and make informed decisions based on data. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing your ability to connect with a diverse clientele.

Pay: 25,361.55-92,994.34 per year
