We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and an ability to close new sales and leverage relationships for future referrals .
Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with merchants to secure profitable deals.
Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company's services.
Experience
Proven experience in business development or sales, within the Card Payment industry.
Strong understanding of CRM software, for managing merchant applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to assess market trends and opportunities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
