Rose Catering are a well-established location caterer who provide great food to film and TV crews across the UK.

We are looking for an experienced Catering Assistant preferably with event catering experience, who is passionate about food and service.

The right candidate will be willing to work alongside our Catering Team to assist them in running and cleaning the mobile kitchen, located on exciting TV and Film locations!

This role will be Monday to Friday, and a minimum of 6 hours per day. Start and finish times would depend on the shooting schedule which you will know in advance, you must be flexible as there may be some later/earlier starts/finishes. The ideal candidate would be able to fulfil the entire filming period however, consideration will be given to experienced applicants who are able to fulfil part of the contract.

A driving licence is a "must have" as is your own transport - there are often early starts and some night shoots and some locations can be quite remote.

What we look for in a Catering Assistant:

Flexible, reliable, and a can-do attitude

Be an active hands-on team player with excellent communication skills
UTR Number - This is a self-employed position

Duties include:

Setting up service area

Assisting Chefs with preparation

Serving of hot and cold food

Cleaning

Washing up

Disposing of rubbish

General Catering Assistant/Porter duties as instructed by the Head Chef
