We're looking for experienced, reliable self-employed cleaners to join our friendly expanding team. As a self employed cleaner, you'll pay a key role in ensuring every property meets The Combat Cleaners Ltd high standards before handover, guest arrival or inspection. This is a fast paced hands on role that would suit someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys variety and a challenge and is not afraid of getting stuck in.

You'll be responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards across a range of environments from new-build developments to holiday lets and rental properties.

Typical duties include:

Completing builders' cleans, sparkle cleans, and re-cleans on construction sites Carrying out Airbnb changeovers, ensuring each property is guest-ready Performing end of tenancy and deep cleans to restore properties to a high standard Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, appliances, windows, and flooring to professional quality Using cleaning chemicals safely and following COSHH procedures Working efficiently to meet tight deadlines and property handovers Reporting any damages, snags, or issues directly to management Following health & safety and site rules at all times Maintaining a professional image at all times, uniform, punctuality and conduct matter.

Requirements

Must hold a valid CSCS card (essential for site work)
Must have own transport & be willing to travel to sites or properties
Must be flexible with working hours
Previous cleaning experience is preferred but training can be provided to the right candidate with a can do attitude (Airbnb, tenancy, or site work)
Strong attention to detail & excellent eye for detail- we don't cut corners, we clean them!
Must be reliable, trustworthy, and professional
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Must be physically able to keep up with a fast-paced workload, this role involves bending, lifting, climbing stairs and working on your feet for extended periods of time.
Must be able to work efficiently under time pressure whilst maintaining high cleaning standards.
Understanding of COSHH and safe chemical use preferred
