Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented self-employed cleaner to service Airbnb studio apartments. The ideal candidate is experienced in short-term rental turnovers, works independently, and can provide off-site laundry service (wash, dry, fold) with return delivery at the next scheduled clean.

Responsibilities

Perform full turnover cleans for studio-size Airbnb properties, including: Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming Cleaning kitchen area, appliances, and dishes (if needed) Sanitizing bathroom, toilet, shower, and all high-touch surfaces Making beds, refreshing linens, and replacing towels Emptying trash and recycling Restocking basic amenities (toiletries, paper goods, coffee/tea supplies, etc.)

Take laundry (bedding, linens, towels) off-site after each clean Wash, dry, fold, and store linens in a clean, pet-free, smoke-free environment Return fresh linens at the next turnover cleaning Report damages, maintenance issues, low supplies, or unusual guest activity Maintain consistent communication and reliability for scheduled cleanings Follow Airbnb host checklists and standards to ensure 5-star guest readiness

Qualifications

Experience cleaning short-term rental properties (preferred) Ability to manage off-site laundry service independently Own cleaning supplies and equipment (unless otherwise provided) Reliable transportation for travel and laundry pickup/drop-off Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards Ability to work within tight turnover windows Professional, trustworthy, and punctual
Additional Notes:

Scheduling varies depending on guest bookings; flexibility is beneficial Compensation is per clean + laundry service, discussed upon hiring
Pay: 15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 6 per week
