6:30am - 3pm/5pm; Monday to Friday.

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and professional luton van driver to join our delivery team working on behalf of FedEx. In this role, you will be responsible for the collection and delivery of parcels across your assigned area, ensuring timely, safe, and efficient service that meets FedEx's high standards of customer care and professionalism.

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points; no DR, DD, or IN endorsements) Minimum 1 year experience of driving extra long wheelbase or luton vans and operating a tail lift Physically fit and able to handle parcels of varying weights Good English language skills Customer-friendly attitude Excellent time management and organisational skills. Minimum 1 year of previous multi-drop or courier experience (FedEx, DPD, UPS, Amazon, etc.)

Responsibilities:

Liaise with dispatchers and depot staff to resolve any delivery or collection issues. Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately, obtaining proof of delivery (POD) for each parcel Carry out daily vehicle checks, report any defects and ensure the vehicle is clean. Maintain excellent customer service and represent the FedEx brand in a professional manner at all times Handle parcels carefully, including fragile and high-value items
