Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning services, with experience in both commercial and residential environments. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various settings, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all clients and guests.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming across designated areas. Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and free from clutter to promote a clean environment. Handle laundry services as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and responding to requests promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of cleanliness.

Requirements

Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is essential. Hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Basic cooking skills would be advantageous for roles that require meal preparation. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
