Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, including residential, commercial, and hospitality settings. This position requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and a commitment to providing excellent service to our clients.

Duties

Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns in a professional manner. Assist with additional tasks as required, including cooking or food preparation when necessary.

Skills

Previous janitorial experience is highly desirable. Experience in the hotel industry is an advantage, showcasing familiarity with hospitality standards. Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and respond to their needs. Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and equipment is beneficial. Cooking skills are a plus, enabling assistance with meal preparation when required. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
