Job Description

We are a rapidly expanding company that specializes in providing exceptional property maintenance services to both domestic and commercial clients. Currently, we are seeking a highly skilled and qualified electrician with a minimum of 3 years of experience in EICR testing to join our team. While PAT testing experience is desirable, it is not essential for this role.

As a self-employed contractor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of electrical installations in some of London's premier properties. Your responsibilities will primarily involve conducting EICR testing on a variety of properties ranging from 1 to 5 bedrooms. In addition to the testing, you will also have the opportunity to perform reactive work and address any remedial issues discovered during the testing process.

Key Requirements:

NAPIT REGISTERED

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a qualified electrician

Proficiency in EICR testing

Desirable: Experience in PAT testing, Lutron, Control 4

Proactive attitude with a strong commitment to professionalism

Excellent communication skills when interacting with clients and office staff

Ability to effectively utilize Commusoft software (training will be provided if necessary)

To excel in this role, you must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and possess excellent communication skills. Your proactive nature will be instrumental in delivering outstanding service to our valued clients, and your ability to effectively collaborate with both clients and office staff will ensure smooth operations.

Please note that for this position, you will be required to have your own van, tools, and associated insurances, including public liability coverage of up to 10 million.
