Properly works with experienced estate agents who want to run their own business in a professional, supported environment.

This role is for agents who already know how to do the job well and are looking for greater autonomy without losing standards, structure, or support.

Some people come to us from employed roles.
Others are already self employed and reassessing whether their current model still fits.

This is not a volume driven opportunity. It is a considered one.

As a self employed estate agent with Properly, you operate under an established brand while running your own business.

This role is not designed for newly qualified agents or those seeking guaranteed income.
