The Process to Becoming a Partner



Initial Meetings:

We typically will have a 10-minute phone call with you and then arrange a zoom/teams meeting that lasts between 30 minutes and 1 hour. This is where we find out if you are the right fit for Laurels but also if Laurels are the right fit for you!

Pre-Start Setup:

When agreed, we will look to get you onboarded between 1-3 weeks (depending on your availability). Before your on-boarding day we will need a photo of yourself (for your business cards and bespoke marketing material) plus the start-up administration fee and the signed contract (which gets sent to you via email)!

On-boarding Day:

To keep things flexible and accessible, your onboarding day is held via Zoom or Teams. It's a chance to get introduced to Laurels, our bespoke systems, and the wider team. You'll also run through your business plan with us to make sure you're fully set up for success from day one.

Ongoing support doesn't stop there -- you'll receive regular performance reviews designed to help you grow, plus 24/7 access to the team for guidance, advice, or even just to celebrate your latest wins.
