About the Role

Self Employed Estate Planning Consultants with an Attractive OTE

Main tasks and duties

This is a remote role working from home and/or the offices in Dawlish as a professional Estate Planning Consultant the role will involve receiving leads from the company whilst also developing your own localised sales and marketing plan to generate your own leads, and taking Will instructions from face-to-face meetings and home visits, and/or telephone and video consultations. Drafting a Will is a specialist activity and LCS Legal have built their service around helping clients understand the range of options available and constructing a bespoke product and service that meets our clients' objectives.

You will deliver services to clients in and around the South Devon area and provide advice to clients on:

- Estate Planning and Wills
- Document Storage
- Lasting Power of Attorney
- Advance Directives
- Trusts
- Probate, Executor and Trustee Services
- Land Transactions

Skills Knowledge and Experience Required

An experienced Estate Planner who would benefit from the support and experience of the LCS Group:
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to use own initiative
- Excellent client care skills
- Ability to deal with matters confidentially
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
- Industry qualifications would be an advantage, but industry experience is more important.

With ambitious expansion plans, we're looking for top sales specialists to manage and develop this area.

Next Steps

After a short training course at our Dawlish Head Office or delivered remotely, you'll work appointments in the area, visiting clients at home or in the office, offering telephone and video consultations, providing professional advice, taking will instructions, and selling applicable add-on services. Ongoing training and support is provided to ensure you're fully updated on our products and services.
